The process
Decided the Thermapen isn’t for you? We do have a returns policy in place to accommodate this, although rarely used!
1. Complete the Returns form
Fill in the Returns Form and specify ‘Refund’ on the form. After you have filled in the form, click SUBMIT.
2. Confirmation email
After you have submitted your returns form, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your unique case number and details of where to return your Thermapen to. Please take note of your unique case number and the return address.
3. Post your Thermapen
Securely package and post your Thermapen, along with your unique case number, to the address sent to you in your confirmation email. You can then search your unique case number on our website to monitor the progress of your return.
4. Refund
After the team have reviewed and approved your returned Thermapen. You will receive your refunded payment, minus the cost of return.

Returns FAQ
We can only accept returned items 30 days from date of purchase.
If you are returning your item within 30 days in its original supplied condition, you will only be required to pay postage.
All goods returned must be received in their originally supplied condition for us to process your return. We are unable to accept and refund any items which have been used or damaged.
Your refunded payment, minus the charge for us to process the return, will be credited in the form of payment used to make the original purchase.
