Pro-Series Mini Needle Probe
Ultra-fine needle probe
Unlike regular probes that leave a large hole in your food, this needle probe gives you high-precision temps whilst leaving an almost undetectable hole. This makes it ideal for thinner or more delicate foods like ribs, steak, fish and sausages.
This moisture-resistant probe reads temperatures between -50 °C and 300 °C. The 1.2-metre lead is also moisture resistant — perfect for sous vide. Need a longer lead? Check out the Pro Series Cable Extension to add an extra metre to your probe.
