This is my second Thermapen for myself (although I have bought a number for friends who I felt needed help on the bbq). My old one is finally coming to the end of its life (screen flickering) after 19 years (is a Classic) and I have always wanted to upgrade to the ONE but to be honest the Classic was so good that I could not let myself just abandon it without good reason. Love the new one - better than the Classic by a fraction I think but if you have a Thermapen in your hand it is difficult to go wrong (as long as you are paying attention!!)

Bought to aid with baking, have used it for loads of other stuff i didnt even consider before. Was a bit worried that the cost was high compared to other products but this really is value for the quality you get. I'm prone to buyers remorse... but not this time!

I now own three Thermapen’s, one I keep with my BBQ’s, one in the kitchen and the third is well that’s this new Hi-Vis colour. Just had to buy it! Fast, accurate and best of all made in Britain, I use my Thermapen’s daily. All my family and friends now own them as well. Keep making and developing this great British product!
